Nazi-looted Art restitution may cease

For years Nazi-looted works of Art by Rembrandt, Picasso, and paintings by many others that were taken by Hitler's troops during WWII, have been returned to their rightful owners or to their descendants. But now there are calls for Art restitution to cease altogether.
