Anna in Tutu has just arrived at Cosmic Persona Designs to wish her fellow Americans a Happy Independence Day 2010!

We're not certain why ballet should go with fireworks, but here she is anyway.

Well, I suppose that Anna is an American ballerina. Maybe it's as simple as that. ;p
