Guess my own artwork is 'Baby Boomer Art', too, but not to fret - it will never be shown at the Met, no worries.

Yet Baby Boomer Art is at the Metropolitan Museum, NYC right now, says the New York Times, so take in the exhibition if you get a chance!

Nazi-looted Art restitution may cease

For years Nazi-looted works of Art by Rembrandt, Picasso, and paintings by many others that were taken by Hitler's troops during WWII, have been returned to their rightful owners or to their descendants. But now there are calls for Art restitution to cease altogether.

Varena Paige portrait revealed

To my knowledge, this is the only surviving portrait of Varena Paige still in existence.

You can't see her full portrait because it's too large for the scannerbed, thus the wall mandala is more than half out of frame.

Original (11.5 inch x 11.5 inch) portrait is being offered for $90US plus postage ($5 in continental US.)
